Welcome to West Nest Unit #101 located high and dry in the heart of West Bay.
This unit is ground level with 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
About this space:
The space can accommodate up to 2 guests max. Infants do not count towards occupancy. The yard is safe and secure for children to play, fully fenced in property with closed off pool.
Unit 101 does not allow pets, but we do have unit 105 which can accept pets. Please check available dates for unit 105 if you plan on brining your furry friend.
A cleaning fee of $120 is required. Also a 13% Government Tourism Tax has been added onto the nightly rate.

- West Bay Beach is a 3 minute drive.
- Closest grocery store is a 5 minute drive (Fosters Republix).
- Governors beach is an 8 minute drive.

- Public Beach w/ playground & volleyball courts is a 7 minute drive.
- Camana Bay which has: grocery store, restaurant's, shops, cinema is a 12 minute drive.
- North Sound Golf Club is an 11 minute drive.

West Nest is a brand new purpose built short-term rental property with eight 2 bedroom and two 1 bedroom suites which has been designed and fitted out to cater to our precious guests. Everything in the home is brand new.
The owners of the property are avid travelers who with their two children, have enjoyed short term renting properties around the world for the convenience, efficiency and pleasure of having important things that 4 and 5 star hotels don’t usually have like full kitchens and laundry facilities.
Employing their experience, passion for travel, love of design and building and love for the island they have worked for 3 years to design, build and furnish these spaces for our guests comfort and enjoyment.

Location
When leaving the Airport or car rental company, make your way towards the Esterly Tibbetts Hwy heading North towards West Bay.
Continue on Esterly Tibbetts Hwy through 8 round-abouts.
Once you reach the end of the HighWay take a left onto W Church St.
Continue on W Church St. passing the Rubis Gas Station, McRuss Grocery Store, and the Church. Take the next right onto Reverend Blackman Rd. and then another right onto Stadium drive.
Once you pass Scholars Park on your left the next street is Barnett Close on the left hand side.
West Nest is located to the very end of the street on the left hand side.
